Please help find the manual for this Insignia MP3 PLAYER

FROZEN - WILL NOT TURN OFF OR DO ANYTHING. THE USER MANUAL CD THAT CAME WITH IT IS NOT FOR THIS MODEL NUMBER, PICS DO NOT MATCH MINE, BACK DOES NOT REMOVE THE SAME TO GET TO BATTERY.

    mine just died and won't recharge...sought out the manual but it was no help - if you have any suggestions hit me at j.chruney4@verizon.net
