About discs containing DivX

format files
CD and DVD discs containing digital images recorded in DivX
®
format can be played.

Load a disc containing files in DivX
®
format.
Use [
DD HH FF GG
] to select the folder you want to play,
then press [ENTER].

] to select the file you want to play, then
press [ENTER] or 1.
Playback starts.

¢To change the file to be played:
In the stop or resume mode, use [
DD HH FF GG
] to select the file again.
¢Playing in random order:
In the stop mode, press [RANDOM], then press 1.
¢To change the folder to be played:
In the stop or resume mode, press [RETURN], and select the folder
again.
¢Playing in repeat order:
Press [REPEAT].
¢Switching the time display:
Press [DISPLAY] during playback.
The DVD-3930CI can play [discs containing] up to 255 folders and
1000 files.
Note that depending on the software used for burning and other
conditions, some files may not play or display correctly.
The DVD-3930CI is compatible with DivX
®
audio sampling
frequencies (fs) of 8 to 48 kHz.
The DVD-3930CI is not compatible with motion compensation
technology (GMC) or PCM Audio.
Playing a disc containing files in JPEG format
Load a disc containing still picture files in JPEG
format.
Use [
DD HH FF GG
] to select the folder you want to play,
then press [ENTER].

About discs containing still picture files
Use this procedure to play JPEG format files recorded on CD-R/CD-
RW discs or Picture CDs or Fujicolor CDs as slideshows.
Use [
DD HH FF GG
] to select the file you want to play, then
press 1.
Playback starts.
