PLANET DVR-860, 8-Channel MPEG-4 Digital Video Recorder, is not only a
powerful gear for upgrading traditional CCTV surveillance system into
network security system, but also designed to be a professional type of
security devices. Video data recording, remote surveillance over a secure IP
network and viewing / recording / playback at the same time are the key
features to a full-time security application.
The DVR-860 has provided triplex operation of IP surveillance products to
meet more application demands. It can be placed either in LAN or WAN
connected with easy-to-remember DDNS feature. With Plug-N-Watch
capability of web browser, a network administrator or system operator can
easily complete network deployment in a few minutes.
In various applications of surveillance via RS-485 interface, the DVR-860 is
capable of controlling PTZ camera. With integrated alarm I/O, it can detect,
record and ring a siren. The Network DVR can also do motion detection /
schedule recording to complete surveillance plans.
Securing content stored on hard-disk is based on digital video recorder
systems and provides conditional access to manage stored content. The
