Onsite Service Program: Providing up to five years of onsite service from the day the product is purchased. If
the product is within 50 miles of a Sony authorized service provider, service is performed on-site. Otherwise,
coverage includes all shipping and depot costs. (Sold separately)

technician to be dispatched as needed following phone-based troubleshooting. Some repairs may be accomplished with self-repair kits.
