Product Problem: I can't access the EB1004 BAK from my PC

I installed the DVR Player, and chose HDD2, since I have 1 HDD on my laptop, and I can't read the information from the DVR. I tried all the HDDs (1,2 and 3) and PAL and NTSC as well. No results were noticed. No event view, play showed blank screen. Of course I connectd the laptop with a USB cable to the DVR. Can someone help me extract data from the DVR?
