The unit only blinks when you turn it on. It won't reset and is no longer responding to cameras. It has been unplugged and switched on and off.

I was messing with the remote last night and now there is a big black box opstructing the picture i can still hear the show but can't get around the box. When I press the volume, change channel, or press the menu button it goes back to normal then that aweful black box comes back...what did I do???
