It locked up in on position while playing. I am unable to shut it off. Can't get back cover off to remove battery, afraid i will break.

i need to know how to convert videos to play on this damn thing. i am starting to get extremely annoyed. ive tried arcsoft media converter 3, and i select the video and it just instantly says failed to transcode video.

does not clearly state that pics are loaded from pc to frame-tells me that target not capable of handling pic,but then pic is loaded to frame anyway.
