PRESS THE DEVICE BUTTON (ie TV)
CHANNEL UP BUTTON UNTIL THE CHANNEL CHANGES. (300 SHOULD BE MAXIMUM)
PRESS THE MUTE BUTTON TO SET THE CODE.

My main control panel keeps popping up probably due to aging of switch buttons. Saw some solutions on line such as changing the buttons or cleaning the dust etc.
If I don't want to follow the above methods, is there any way that I can disable the main control permanently, meaning, I don't want it to pop up and I am not going to use it later on.

the battery of my GoGear SA2840/02 was nearly flat last night, with the battery symbol flashing, so i plugged into the USB to charge. However, the computer only recognised it for a second and then failed to detect it was there. The MP3 player showed the 'OK to disconnect' screen when plugged in but did not charge up. I cannot now get it to switch on, and even when linked to the computer it shows nothing. I've tried the reset switch without success. Please help!

I have the philips universal remote sru4208wm/17 and I tried the codes given for Comcast 0752, even the cable/dvr combo 0252 code to no avail. Does anyone know how to get this last item working on this remote (TV, DVD, and Audio all work).

Product Problem: Vibe won't charge

I have had trouble getting my GoGear vibe to charge; there are times I connect it via usb (only option) and it won't connect or charge. It shut down my computer also--do you think it is defective?

I ended up returning mine for a new one; it was the USB cable and connection to the unit itself...the new one works just fine. By the way, the email support service was NOT helpful at all.
