When I insert a pre-recorded DVD I get an error message: "System Error: Please wait" and the manual tells me there was an abnormal termination and to wait until the message disappears. Even when it does disappear the DVD doesn't start playback.

When I attempt to eject the dvd at the top ot the screen the eject symbol comes up and beside it is a small lock. I am not able to eject my cd what so ever... your help would be much appreciated..
