Hi could any one tell how I can get the volume to work on my key board, I have the physical volume control on full and still no sound. Is there some kind of mute control or button sequence I need to execute??

This device is pretty easy to figure out even without a manual but they are all over the net. I have included one that provides a PDF user manual. Print pages 1-31 for the manual in english. Hope that helps
