We have been using a universal remote on the tv went to change the channel and it wont let us do anything manually or by remote the tamper proof light is on and flashing. I got the tv from a friend and never had an issue before what can i do tried unplugging reseting it wont let us- even changed out the batteries on teh remote and it will show it programed by the light going off but nothing happens-
