akai flat screen tv problems...

akai tv mod # LCT3201AD kids scratched the the tv up and at first part of the pic would show up and the rest would be black. Now the tv wont come on. green light comes on for about 20 seconds then goes off. no picture at all. where is the reset button located? do you have any suggestions?
