Parental Control Wont Turn Off...

The Channels Keep Flashing Blue And A Red Box Pops Up And Says TV-Pg or Tv-14 Ect. I Cant Get The Parental Control To Turn Itself Off. Is There Anyway You Can Reset The Parental Control Password For The Televsion ??
