power button is red and wont turn to green and pow...

power button is red and wont turn to green and power up,, after pushing button flashes red every time but wont turn on, is there a factory reset that may restore this or is an internal board issue? been doing this for about 3 weeks and usually after room is warmed up it comes on, haven't been able to turn on for 3 days now, any help?
