TV turns on for a few moments , then picture goes blank....

TV turns on for a few moments , then picture goes blank. Turn off and wait a few moments and it will do the same thing. Good startup screen then blank screen. Replaced one swollen 1000uF 16v cap on the power supply board but it did not fix problem. All power supply voltages seem to be ok.
