I hooked up a game system to the tv and the volume for the game sound cannot be controlled. It is very loud and plays volume even when the video component is not active (meaning the video source is on "TV" and the volume for the "video" is still playing loudly. The cables for the game system is hooked up as follows: Yellow - AV, Red - AV/VGA red, White - AV/VGA white. This is a new problem. The cables were hooked up this way previously with no issues. We have changed the way the tv is mounted. It had been on a stand and now it is mounted to the wall. TV wasn't dropped or anything else. Everything worked as normal when we attached it to wall at first. Then we had to unplug everything when we needed to adjust mounting bracket. When we hooked everything back up is when it started.
