How can I remove the child lock from my sons tv? I...

How can I remove the child lock from my sons tv? It's an Alba lcd26advd combo. Im assuming it's the child lock. All we have us the power/standby light flashing but we are unable to turn tv on with remote or manually. We have tried disconnecting the power but still nothing. Be grateful of any suggestions. Thankyou:)
