AOC L37W781B The input / source menu keeps flashin...

AOC L37W781B The input / source menu keeps flashing on and off and the volume keeps going to max, I have removed the remote and cleaned the buttons just in case but it makes no difference. AOC Customer Service line (0844 482 1150) say they only repair the screens. Can you Help?
