How do I get my APEX Digital CRT TV to stop switch...

How do I get my APEX Digital CRT TV to stop switching from the Video 2 setting? The TV is about 10 years old, I can't find the manual, and I can't move the TV to get the model number. We recently started DIRECTV service and are still working on getting things set up.
