Question About Apex Digital CRT Television None
my tv wont program channels and the video dont work when i try to program channels it deletes them...

i moved when i went to plug it in it delets channels when auto programing i tryed programing it manualy still dont work.the video doesnt work either i pluged my dvd player to it and nothing just black screen i can read the menu and use it. i dont understand why can some one help me out with this problem
