0 zeeboy et al: still looking for this manual? So was I just now, couldn't find it. I've got the hard copy original and access to a PDF page scanner; thinking of scanning in my copy so I have an electronic version. If anyone out there still needs this, lemme know, I'll post it here when I get it done.
