Question About Apex Digital DVD Player AD-1110W
We have an APEX DVD Video Player - Model # AD-1110...

We have an APEX DVD Video Player - Model # AD-1110W. The light is flashing red at the front of the unit, and it will not open the DVD tray. The remote will not operate the unit either. Please advise.
