Question About Apex Digital DVD VCR Combo ADV 3800
Even with new batteries the player is not respondi...

Even with new batteries the player is not responding to the controller. Can a new controller be purchased? The model # is ADV 3800. It doesn't allow one to scroll down on the DVD menu.
