Question About Apex Digital Flat Panel Television LD1919
Apex Flat screen TV...

We purchased the TV in Sept 2008 for my Father inlaw who is a nursing home. Model # LD1919, 19" LCD TV. Serial # 1506112147or E320582 3SFC, not sure which # you need. The only thing he now has is a blinking green light a black screen and no sound. This is his only form of entertainment. Can you asist us with this problem??
