Every time I try to turn on my TV I get a brief flash and no picture. I was looking for a reset button.

0 My tv is attached to my cable and the cable box works fine. But when I tried to turn my tv on, it comes on and off. What do I do to fix this problem? Also the batteries works fine as well.
