i have a apex ld3288t that will do an auto scan an...

i have a apex ld3288t that will do an auto scan and fines 135 channels ,local channels come in fine,i have dish network with three working tv's ,why wount this unit except an auto scan? After the scan the tv ask that i do the scan again and again ans again.
