Question About Apex Digital TV Converter Box DT502
apex dt502 codes to reset box...

I need the codes to reset my box. They want me to ship it,charge$30 to repair,then charge me S&H to get it back. Please help. Thank you.

1 I've got the same problem. Power light is on, stays red. I got the same response from Apex, $30 plus S&H. Anybody know how to solve this?
