Your product the apex dt250 converter is a piece of ****, if one thing doesn't burn out something else will. I will NOT ever buy anything that has the name apex on it again, and when you try and get some kind of tech support they want to charge you for the info, it only took 6mos. for my box to quit working and its no more than a ******* paper weight now. Do Not Buy Anything That Has The Name Apex on it. One very unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!!
