I have a Astar electronic LTV-32BG Flat Panel Television. The t.v. will not turn on. There appear to be no power going to the t.v. at all. I replaced the power cord with no results.I opened te back and in a small box "above" where the ac power button interior is, there appears to be a small glass fuse. This fuse is black and appears to be burned. I need to know how replace this fuse as it seems to be integrated into the circuit board and I certainly do not want to damage anything.
