Hi, my onn ao42zid would not come on after a power cut, so I pushed and held lots of buttons then it came on after a long time. But now I can't turn it on by the button but it comes on with the remote but I can't turn the volume up even tho the volume banner comes up but shows as turned down. Can you please help me
