0 I have a Bell 9241 -hd pvr plus receiver. The signal is not coming into my dish because our weather is bad. I just want a users manual for it. I went on the Bell website but can't find where to download the manual for it. The guy that i talked to on Bell's live chat sent me a link. That did not help me. Just showed tutorials. HELP. NEED ONE FAST. CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
