I have BenQ Model LCD TV 32 VB3232. I could not find its serial number anywhere on LCD and warranty card. I'm trying HUAYU universal TV remote model RM-36E+S I need its remote. I tried many universal type remotes none is working probably it is using some unusual frequency. on my last enquiry I was advised to use universal type remote with NEC code.
