I have put a dvd into the television, it tries to read and then a message comes up NO DVD

5 Please try to put the DVD disc in another DVD player or computer to see if it can read the DVD disc. If they can't read the disc either, then there is something wrong with the disc and not the TV. If they can read it, then try using a DVD cleaner to clean the DVD player on the TV. Try different DVD discs too. Hope this helps. Thanks -Ian
