Question About Bose DVD Player 18
Won't play DVD...

Suddenly our system won't play DVD's we got from the video store the other night. It is reading the disc as it shows the number of chapters but that's it, it doesn't do anything else. When we put in a cheap DVD that has been copied it plays fine. We were never given a manual when it was installed so can't look up troubleshooting.
