my bush 50-211f tv will not turn on, it is 13 mont...

my bush 50-211f tv will not turn on, it is 13 months old i have checked the power outlet, changed batteries in remote, tried using the buttons on the tv nothing works no sign of life and my 12 month guarentee ran out 1 month ago argos will not refund.
