Question About Bush Flat Panel Television Btvd31217s2
STAND BY LIGHT WON'T COME ON...

I have an LCD Flat Panel 22" has a stand by light which will no longer come on preventing the TV from coming on. I have replaced the batteries on the remote and changed the plug fuse to no avail. what can I do? Plse send me a manual or provide me some explanation. Thank you.
