The remote is not working and when trying to chang...

The remote is not working and when trying to change the screen settings manually using the TV buttons we seem to have inadvertantly turned on the child lock. Now we just have a blank screen and i cant get the TV to actually come on (previously i clicked the + button for channel to get the TV to activate.
