We have a 21 inch bush flatscreen tv.We are not sure of it´s age but it is pretty old.We are losing all BBC channels and when we retune it doesn´t hold the channels for very long. The set doesn´t ask for upgrades. Can you solve the problem or is it kaput.THe serial no. is r3ar201136c01110 also on back of set is BLED22fHDL8. Thankyou
