how can i purchase an instruction manual for a bus...

how can i purchase an instruction manual for a bush 500dtr digital recorder as the one that came with the product was a very bad copy and all the detail within the diagrams is unreadable .the company that sent me it are not being very helpful . many thanks .Dennis Stewart.
