Hello, I have a LiftMaster remote by Chamberlain, with FCC ID: HBW1573. One of the two provided by the builder stopped working after less than 2 years. The battery is strong, but when I tried to put it back, the battery won't sit flat in its slot no matter I hard I pushed. But it did sit flat before I removed it. So I know it didn't work before--that's precisely why I removed it! Can you help? Thanks.
