Box responds to all remote control commands. Channel selections, etc etc. but does not present any channel info. In other room identical box and cable connection are functioning normally. Also computer operations using the same cable connections as the problem box, are working normally. The box has functioned without problem since initial installation 9 months ago. Any help you can render will be greatly appreciated.
