TV screenshowing garbage language instead of Engli...

TV screenshowing garbage language instead of English. Used to be connected to Bell Satelite Box, worked fine. Not used for a couple of month, now I try to connect. It provides music on one setting? But do not see where. I do not see menu, just some boxes with letters. floating about.
