My Dvd player is hooked up to my TV. My screen jumps, and first thing i thought it was the TV but when i switch video to watch cable it doesn't jump. That's when i knew it was the Dvd player. Before i even put a Dvd in the screen is already jumping so its not the Dvd's i use. Also, i've double checked that all three cords (Red, yellow, and white) were in all the way. I called the company and they told me to unhook everything. HELP!
