I cannot play movies on this DVD player even with the parental setting set at ADULT. I have tried to set the rating at all levels and the PG-13 movie "John Carter will not play. It plays the previews and then when you select movie from the DVD menu screen, it starts playing the previews all over again after you hear a "DING" and it says error parental in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
