where is the on/off button on a 32 inch coby tv? ...

where is the on/off button on a 32 inch coby tv? I'm having to do this long distance for my disabled son. He cannot find the model number. The TV will not come on and I am trying to determine if the problem is with the TV or with the cable remote.
