Hello, I have a CheckMate II Model RT-U27AB iPG remote for my TV. When I program the remote it works to turn the TV on and off and the volume control works. However I can not change the channel with the remote using the channel up/down button or entering the numbers. This is for the TV only, no cable box. Could you please help me.
