Question About COX Universal Remote 8820
after changing channel volume will not be controll...

after changing channel volume will not be controlled unless pressing tv button. previously the channel could be changed and the tv volume could be increased or decreased with out pressing t.v . button on remote. How can this be programmed as it was previously.
