Question About Curtis DVD Player DVD1045
Is my DVD is a lemon?...

My remote control does notwork. There are NEW battery in it. I cannot operate DVD, using it. DVD DOES not work in manual mode either.I could not remove DVD until I unplugged the machine, and even after unplugging and plugging it back DVD still did not function. Why this company is still in business?
