Good day, my TV is only about 2yrs. old and yesterday the audio just stopped working. I've checked and removed and re-inserted the inputs to no avail. My TV hasn't fallen or been knocked over or around it's been on top of my dresser,please help!

0 My volume went out and have not dropped tv. Have checked connections. Could I be turned down any other way and could I reset to factory settings?
