Question About Curtis Flat Panel Television LCP4210
TV is now only showing snow - can't get a picture ...

TV is now only showing snow - can't get a picture at all. Called Rogers, they said connection is good.....I tried the "source" button, nothing happened. Pls help? Also, how do we get the writing back at the bottom of screen in mute mode? tks.
